This bike also came courtesy of Mike Kone at Boulder Bicycle.  Given Jim's prior success with a "hybrid" bike combining a vintage frame and modern Ergopower Campy components with the Masi GC he went again for the same effect although with a nod to the theme of a black rather than alloy finish. The modern component group also provides a big increase in shifting options due to expanding number of cassette sprockets and greatly increased braking efficiency.  So far this has provided the optimum riding experience and is Jim's primary rider.
